Broadcasting Studio

We use only one computer (Pentium 4/3,4GHz, RAM 1024, HDD 320 GB RAID 5) for our music, advertising, playback programs, our station’s jingles and signatures, etc. Our computer uses CartMaster software produced by the 8bc Zlin company. The moderator can use 4 stereo outputs thanks to a S15 soundcard. All the sound is in the MP3 format with constant data flow of 256 kbit/s.

The CartMaster SW uses two LCD monitors, which provide the moderator with all the information on the broadcast itself, including the contents of the individual “banks” with music, jingles, advertising, etc. It gives them a much better overview and the possibility to quickly and effectively control the broadcast. As far as our supplemental devices are concerned, we use CD players, MD players, DAT and cassette players, a record player, and a professional tape recorder.
